An icon in the historic downtown Plant City, the Power Shop has been family owned and operated for more than 20 years.

Located in downtown Plant City at 114 E. Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd.

The Power Shop offers a wide variety of free weights, machines, and cardio equipment in a fun and friendly atmosphere.

There is also a wide variety of certified personal trainers available to accommodate each person on an individual basis. Someone is always there to answer your questions and assist you with your needs.

Saturdays: 7am to 3pm
